How does it work?
We meet with our agency founder clients taking part in
the Co-Pilot Program every fortnight in 1 on 1 video calls to help them start building a lead generation strategy around their agency.
We work through each of the 4 steps (capability > market > Idea > Execution) with them on the calls, as
well as provide prep & homework tasks, step by step
walkthroughs, templates and accountability checks
between sessions.
Alongside being able to build a strong, sustainable
pipeline, founders learn the process for creating the
overarching strategy, meaning they can replicate with a
salesperson or provide a solid mandate to an
outsourced business development resource in the future.
